The Ld. Advocate of OP no. 1 and 2 and the Ld. Advocate of the complainant are present.

One application is filed by the Ld. Advocate of the complainant for bringing the legal heirs of OP no. 3, 4 and 5 into this record on the ground that those original OPs have already passed away. The application is registered as MA/229/2022. Since the death of the aforesaid OPs has not been call in question, the prayer for substitution of the legal heirs is allowed. The legal heirs of Pankaj Ghosh, Pradip Ghosh, Sadhana Biswas are hereby made to contest the case and consequently the complaint is required to be amended.

The Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant files amended complaint incorporating the names of the aforesaid legal heirs of OP no. 3, 4 and 5with copy to the Ld. Advocate of OP no. 1 and 2. The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is directed to cause service of notice upon the legal heirs of OP no. 3, 4 and 5 fixing 17.01.2023 for S/r and appearance and asking them to file W/V within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice.

The MA/229/2022 is thus disposed of.
