This case stands filed on 23.12.2019 office had pointed out to remove the defect relating to court fee but thereafter, complainant has been absent and complainant was also noticed vide memo no. 922 dated 25.06.2022 to appear and to take step in this complaint case but complainant did not appear. Even on 13.08.2022 and 26.08.2022 last chance was given but did not avail the opportunity and he did not appear even today. Considering the trend and conduct of the complainant which shows that he has left interest in this case, this complainant case stands dismissed without admission.
