 Learned counsel for the appellant has made statement (Annexure-1) that he withdraws the present appeal because the matter has been settled between the parties. The statement is accepted. The complaint is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.

2.      The statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellant-opposite party against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
