It also reveals from perusal of the record that the presence of the complainant has been shown on few dates but, in fact, he was not present on those dates as, these order sheets have been signed by the Learned Counsel for the O.P. only. The written statement filed by the O.P. has not yet been taken on record. Since, the complainant is not appearing and prosecuting the present complaint, there appears no justification for further proceedings in this case. The case is dismissed for want of prosecution.
