FINAL ORDER
Sri Samaresh Kumar Mitra - Presiding Member.
This complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C. P. Act, 1986 praying for supplying the complainant with the mark-sheet and certificate of B. Ed examination of her daughter by the OP or compensation of Rs. 1,48,000/-.
From the case record it appears that no steps were taken by the complainant on 25.10.16 and 30.11.16. As a result, the complainant was show-caused on 30.11.16 as to why her case should not be dismissed for non-prosecution. 11.1.17 was fixed for submitting the said show-cause.
On 11.01.17 the complainant neither files hazira nor files show-cause petition.
Another opportunity was given to the complainant to file show cause but to no avail. In this way, several opportunities were given to the complainant to proceed with the case but she did not appear before the Forum.
In our view, the complainant is not interested to proceed with her case.
Hence,
Ordered
that the Consumer Complaint No.118/2016 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld.
