Record is put up today for passing order on admissibility of the Consumer Complaint.

On perusal of the record it appears that the complainants have filed the instant case on 29.05.2023 U/S 17(1)(a)(i) and (2) read with Section 13 & 14 of the C.P. Act, 1986 but C.P. Act 1986 (68 of 1986) has already been repealed enacted on 09.08.2019 as laid down in the Section 107 of the C.P. Act, 2019 w.e.f. 20.07.2020.

In view of the above observation, the instant Consumer Complaint cannot be entertained and accordingly the same is not admitted.

The CDF, Unit-II CC/143/2023 is thus disposed of.
