Present Complainant and Sh. Mohit Aggarwal, Counsel for OP-2 filed MOA and filed compromise dated 03.08.2017 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP-2 has given a cheque for an amount of Rs.15,000/- bearing no.‘570864’ dated 28.06.2017 drawn on HSBC, 52/60, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Mumbai to the complainant as against full & final settlement. OP-2 will take the LED TV back from the complainant after informing him. The complainant has received the above said cheque from OP-2.

The case of the complainant is disposed off as settled. File be consigned to record room.
