          Vide his separate statement recorded on 08.08.2024, the complainant in person stated that as per settlement, she has received an amount of Rs.2000/- from the OP towards full & final payment towards the dispute in the present complaint and therefore, withdrew the present complaint.

          In view of the statement of the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully settled.

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
