ORDER

Case called out. The D.Hr. and the advocate for J.Dr. are present. It is submitted that, on the last date, the J.Dr. has deposited a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the Forum as per the order. For the delayed payment, the J.Dr. is ready to pay another Rs.200/-. Rs.200/- is paid to the D.Hr. who is present before the Forum. The office is directed to pay Rs.5,000/- which has been in deposit to the D.Hr. Accordingly, E.P. is closed.
