Adv. For Op present and files a memo with copies of documents. He submits that the defective Solar Water Heater has been replaced by OP as requests by complainant.On 10/01/2018 Perused the service call sheet and take invoice the same documents shows that defective solar water system which is subject matter of the Complaint has been replaced as prayed by the Complaint in the present Complaint.

                Complainant as well as his Adv. absent. In view of the documents produced and submission made by the learned adv.                 For Op we felt it appropriate to dispose of the matter was settled out of Court. Accordingly the complaint is disposed of as Settled out of Court.
