          We agree with the view taken by the fora below that the petitioner was deficient in providing the services.  In revision, this Commission can interfere only if the State Commission has committed any illegality or exercised jurisdiction not vested or act in excess of jurisdiction vested in it.  We find no such illegality or

irregular exercise of jurisdiction.  Compensation of Rs.2 Lacs, in the given facts and circumstances of the case, is justified.  Revision Petition is dismissed.
