ORDER

                   Learned counsel for OP-2 & OP-3 has made a statement that they are ready to replace the old defective mobile phone of the complainant with new one of the same model. If the mobile of the same model Canvas Nitro A 310 Blue is not available then they would refund the cost of the mobile phone i.e. Rs.12000/- within one month.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he  is agreed with the statement made by learned counsel for OP-2 & OP-3 and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the OP-2 & 3 the complaint may be disposed off.

                   In view of the statement made by the parties, we direct the opposite parties No.2 & 3 to replace the old defective mobile phone of the complainant with new one of the same model and if the mobile of the same model  i.e. Canvas Nitro A 310 is not available then the opposite parties No. 2 & 3 would refund the price of the same i.e. Rs.12000/- within one month. With the above direction the complaint stands disposed off.

                   File be consigned to the records after due compliance.
