Rajan Sharma Vs Ansal Properties & Infrastrucre Ltd. & anr.

 

Present:- Sh.Sanjeev Sharma, Advocate Counsel for Complainant.

Today, Statement of Sh.Sanjeev Sharma, Advocate Counsel for Complainant recorded that till date no construction is there on the part of OPs, the OPs have not communicated with the Complainant. As such, the cause of action is continous and recurring. Hence, due to some technical defects in the present complaint, he withdraws the present complaint. Permission may kindly be granted to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to the complainant to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action. File be consigned to the record room.
