Sh. Rajinder Khurana, authorized representative of the complainant has made a statement that he has received cheque No. 953334 dated 29.10.2018 amounting to Rs. 37,253/-, in the name of the complainant, as full and final statement and nothing remains to be paid by the OPs, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. His statement has been recorded separately in this regard.

 2.             In view of the statement made by the authorized representative of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. 

            The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
