          Complainant has made a statement that due to inadvertance the present execution petition was filed. He has further made a statement that he does not want to continue with the present execution petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn since he has received the payment in another execution petition No. 188/15.

          Keeping in view the statement made by the Complainant-DH, the present execution stands dismissed as withdrawn.
