ORDER

     Counsel for complainant has made an endorsement on the complaint itself to withdraw the complaint with the liberty to file fresh one. Complainant wants to seek the refund of the amount paid and pleaded that in that situation this Forum would have no pecuniary jurisdiction. So in view of the statement in the shape of endorsement made by the counsel for complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the complainant to file fresh at the appropriate Consumer Fora or any other Forum.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
