As per report submitted by the police officials, as and when raids were conducted, Sh.Pranav Ansal, Managing Director-cum-Vice Chairman of M/s Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited was not found present at the given address(es).

                   Today, in Court, a demand draft bearing No.764759 dated 03.01.2019 in the sum of Rs.31,86,744/- in favour of HDFC Limited has been placed on record. It is stated by Counsel for the judgment debtors that the aforesaid amount is towards full and final payment due towards the judgment under execution.  The aforesaid draft is handed over to the Counsel for the decree holder against receipt. Photocopy of the aforesaid draft is retained on file.

                   Sh.Navneet Jindal, Advocate, Counsel for the decree holder assures the Court that the aforesaid demand draft will be deposited in the abovesaid Bank immediately and No Objection Certificate will be handed over to Sh.Rajiv Kumar Bhatia, Advocate, Counsel for the judgment debtors within next three weeks from today. If the said Bank indicates to the decree holder/complainant that some more amount is due or if the due amount is more than Rs.10,000/-, Sh.Rajiv Kumar Bhatia, Advocate, Counsel for the judgment debtors assures the Court that the said amount will be paid to the Bank immediately, whereupon, No Objection Certificate will be issued and be handed over to the judgment debtors.

                   We make it very clear that if No Objection Certificate is not supplied to the judgment debtors within the specific time frame, the decree holder/complainant shall be burdened with cost of Rs.20,000/- and liberty shall remain with the judgment debtors to revive this execution application.

                   In view of above, this execution application stands disposed of.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
