Rajesh Kumar   versus Ansal Properties.

 Present:                Shri Rajesh Kumar Singhal Adv. complainant in person.

                               Sh.Karan Tanwar Advocate for the OP with Sh.Chinmoy A.G.M Sales of the Ops.

                          The file taken up today on the application moved on behalf of the complainant.

                       Sh.Karan Tanwar Advocate has filed power of attorneyon behalf of the Ops. Sh.Karan Tanwar Advocate for the OP with Sh.Chinmoy, A.G.M sales of the Ops has made a joint statement that matter has been compromised with the ops as per compromised deed Ex.A-1.

                      Thereafter, the complainant has also made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint by stating that in view of compromise Ex.A-1 he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complaint, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, compromise Ex.A-1 shall form a part of this order. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
