          Sri Manvendra Pratap Singh, learned Counsel for the opposite parties appeared.

          Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

          It is submitted by learned Counsel for the respective parties that the entire deposited amount has been paid to the complainants by the opposite parties.

          Counsel for the opposite parties Sri Manvendra Pratap Singh has submitted that about sum of Rs.5,000/- in excess has been paid by the opposite parties which will be adjusted by the opposite parties while calculating the amount to be paid to the complainants in Complaint No. 322/2019.

          Accordingly the instant complaint is finally disposed of.       

          Let copy of this order be made available to the parties as per rules.
