Learned counsel for the respondent today again prayed for adjournment to file copies of documents forming part of State Commission record. In the interest of justice, last opportunity is granted. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he was willing to deposit money under protest only in R.P. No. 936 of 2013 and not in other matters.
