Present:   Shri PP Kaushik, Advocate for complainant.

                Shri Hitesh Gambir, Advocate for respondents.

 

          This case taken up on today for arguments. However, parties have entered into amicable settlement by way of compromise Annexure CX. Shir Parveen Shayoran, Manager of the opponent admitted the compromise Annexure CX. Complainant also suffered statement according to which, in view of compromise Annexure CX, the opponent have allotted a plot No. B-1161 in place of plot No. A-224, subject matter of this complaint.  Statement of the parties  recorded and  in view of compromise Annexure CX, no cause of action survives in favour of the complainant. The complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. File be consigned to the records.
