ORDER

Ld. Counsel Mr. Abhishek Pathak appeared for complainant. Ld. Counsel Mr. Vikas Kumar Verma appeared for opposite parties.

Ld. Counsel for opposite parties filed two calculation charts which have been signed by ld. Counsel for both parties before this State Commission.

As per calculation charts opposite parties are ready and willing to refund Rs.7,06,311.22 for unit no.3611-K-C1-0401 and Rs.7,08,227.23 for unit no.3611-K-C1/0402.

As per calculation charts signed by ld. Counsel for both parties above two amounts are refundable in 12 months as per settlement affidavit filed in this complaint. Monthly instalments to be paid to complainants have also been written in this calculation charts. The payment shall be made to complainants by opposite parties in accordance with this calculation charts.

Ld. Counsel for complainants has accepted above refund of amounts deposited by complainants as mentioned in above two calculation charts.

 Ld. Counsel for both parties submitted that complaint should be decided in accordance with above calculation charts.

In view of above, complaint is decided in terms of above two calculation charts which have been signed by ld. Counsel for both parties before this State Commission. Opposite parties shall refund amounts mentioned in calculation charts to complainants in accordance with assurance given in calculation charts.
