ORDER

Ld. Counsel Mr. Abhishek Pathak appeared for complainant. Ld. Counsel Mr. Vikas Kumar Verma appeared for opposite parties.

Two calculation charts have been filed by ld. Counsel for opposite parties which have been signed by ld. Counsel for both parties before this State Commission.

As per chart opposite parties are ready and willing to refund Rs.21,40,181.74 for unit no.3612-AKA-K/A8-1102 and Rs.9,60,853.55 for unit no.3611-K-G2/0108.

The above refundable amounts are to be refunded in 12 months as per settlement affidavit which has been filed earlier in this complaint.

Ld. Counsel for complainant has accepted above refundable amounts mentioned in two calculation charts which have been signed by ld. Counsel for both parties today. Ld. Counsel for both parties have prayed that complaint should be decided as per calculation charts mentioned above.

In view of above, complaint is decided in terms of above two calculation charts. The refund of above two amounts shall be made by the opposite parties to complainant as per above calculation charts within 12 months as per settlement affidavit.
