Called out. None is present for the complainant. Counsel Ms. Surangama Sharma for the opposite party is present and stated that the complainant has received full payment and he is not coming.

As per the order sheet dated 25.2.2022 in which it has been written that out of Rs.10 lacs payable to the complainant, opposite party has already paid Rs.7 lacs and rest Rs.3 lacs was to be paid by March, 2022.

Counsel for the opposite party stated that this amount has also been transferred to the complainant’s account through RTGS on 23.3.2022 meaning thereby whole amount of Rs.10 lacs has been paid to the complainant. 

Complaint is dismissed in default of the complainant.
