ORDER:

                            The file taken up today on the application.

  2.                Sh.Ashok Rathi Advocate for the Ops made a statement that the matter has been settled  between the parties and as per compromise, he has given the cheque No.004372 dated 21.9.2015  amounting to Rs. three lacs to the  learned counsel for the complainant. Thereafter, learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that he has received the cheque of Rs. three lacs as full and final settlement in this case and that the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn. Statements of both the learned counsel for the parties have been recorded separately.

3.                   In view of the statements made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
