                   File taken up today before the Lok Adalat.

2.                Mr.  Birinder Pal Singh (Decree Holder-complainant) has appeared in person and made a statement that he has already received the awarded amount alongwith interest and he does not wants to continue further with the present execution application. He further stated that he wish to withdraw the present execution application being fully satisfied. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

3.                In view of the statement made by Mr. Birinder Pal Singh (Decree Holder-complainant), who appeared in person, present execution application stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

4.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

5.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
