          Heard.

          Since the possession has already been delivered on 30.09.2012, we were inclined to dismiss the complaint with cost on the ground of limitation. However at this, learned counsel for the complainants prays that he wants to withdraw the complaint. His statement has been recorded separately.

          Learned counsel for the complainants has made the statement, to the effect that he withdraws the complaint. In view of this, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
