        It is that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. A Deed of settlement dated 03.04.2015 signed by the parties is also placed on record. In compliance of the settlement a cheque of Rs. 1,77,779/- bearing no. 476080 dated 02.04.2015 drawn on Uco Bank  and the other cheque of Rs. 1,33,947/- bearing no. 476078 drawn on Uco Bank favouring first party has already been handed over to the AR of the appellant.

        Ld. counsel for the appellant states that as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties vide deed of settlement dated 03.04.2015, the impugned order be modified in terms of settlement between the parties.

        In view of the statement of the parties, the impugned order stands modified in terms of Deed of settlement dated 03.04.2015. Parties shall remain bound by the terms stated therein.

 The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
