Present: Sh. Rahul Singla, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

               Sh. Sushil Kaushal, Advocate, counsel for OPs.

 

                        File taken up today on the application of counsel for the complainant and he made a statement that he does not want to pursue the present complaint because compromise has been effected with the OPs as per settlement deed, copy of which has been placed on file. So, he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
