ORDER

It is submitted by Shri S.K. Sharma, Advocate for the complainant and Shri Prateek Yadav, Advocate for opposite parties No. 1 to 4 that the complainant and opposite parties No. 1 to 4 have arrived at an amicable settlement and the terms and conditions of settlement are detailed in the settlement deed (Ex.-1) which bears the signatures of Shri Lok Chand, President of the complainant/Association as also the signatures of the authorized signatory of the Sunrise Estate Management Services and the Additional V.P. & Company Secretary of Ansal Housing and Construction Ltd. It is further stated by Shri S.K. Sharma, Advocate for the complainant that the complainant has seen the statement of account (Ex.2) showing outstanding towards Sunrise Estate Management Services and Ansal Housing and Construction Ltd. as on 31.3.2014 and the said statement of account is correct.

          Counsel for the parties submit that the complaint may be disposed of in terms of the above settlement, which has been arrived at between the parties without any undue influence or coercion.

          In view of the above statement, the consumer complaint is disposed of in terms of the settlement deed (Ex.-1) and the statement of account (Ex.2). Complainant/Association as well as opposite parties No.1 and 4 shall be bound by the terms and conditions detailed in the settlement deed. Consumer complaint is disposed of.
