Rajesh Kumar Vs. Ansal Housing & anr.

 

Present:       Decree-holder Rajesh Kumar in person with Shri Sohan Lal, Advocate.

                   Shri Tarun Dhingra, Advocate for the JD No.1.

                   Shri Dinesh Chauhan, Advocate for the JD No.2.

                                     

                   Decree-holder has made a statement that as per the order dated 04.02.2015 passed by this Forum he is making balance amount of Rs.6,35,000/- after adjustment of Rs.5000/- as compensation awarded by this Forum by way of demand draft bearing No.148431 dated 10.01.2020 in favour of Harman Properties Private Limited. He has taken possession over the plot bearing No.D-140 at Ansals Harman City Kurukshetra. Therefore, he does not want to pursue the present execution application and withdraws the same being satisfied.  In view of the statement of DH, present execution stands dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
