Ravi Gupta vs. Ansal Housing

CC No. 169 of 2016.

 

Present: Sh. Ravi Gupta, complainant in person with counsel Sh. Sachin Panjetha.

              Sh. Sushil Kaushal, Advocate, counsel for OPs.

 

                         Today the case was fixed for filing of written statement as well as compromise. However, counsel for the OPs made a statement that as per instruction received from the company, they will execute the sale deed in favour of complainant and handover the possession within a period of two months and no amount is due except sale deed expenses.

                     On the other hand, complainant made a statement that he has understood the aforesaid statement and withdraw the present complaint, which may be filed.

                          In view of the aforesaid statement made by both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off accordingly. However, the OPs are hereby directed to execute the sale deed in favour of complainant and handover the possession within a period of two months positively. Both the parties are bound by their statement made in the Forum. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
