                  Mr. Shubham, Company Secretary, on behalf of Mr. Mast Ram, (IRP), Representative on behalf of opposite party.

          This complaint is lingering on for soliciting evidence of complainant and first date in this regard was 10.11.2022. Thereafter, till date, seven effective opportunities including one today, have been availed by complainants to produce evidence. Despite availing sufficient number of opportunities; no evidence of complainant has been brought on record. Complaint is not allowed to linger on for above purpose for indefinite period. This being so, this Commission is satisfied that complainant is not prosecuting this complaint in earnest manner, towards its logical end/conclusion, and that is why no evidence of complainant is forthcoming. Irrespective of that; even nobody is present on behalf of complainants today. Hence, the present complaint stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution. It is ordered accordingly. File be consigned to records.
