            Complainant present. Opposite party represented and produced a cheque of SBI Bank bearing No.555812 dtd. 20.09.19 for Rs.25000/-.  Complainant satisfied with this settlement and endorsed on complaint.  Opposite party can take back the 2 vessels from complainant’s residence.  As the matter is settled the petition is closed as withdrawn.
