                    Shri Dalip Kumar advocate for OP.

          In view of separate joint statement of S/Shri Pankaj Kumar Chaturvedi, husband / AR of the complainant  and Dalip Kumar advocate for OP of even date the opposite party is directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- with interest @12% per annum to the complainant from 11.09.12 till actual realization of the amount. The OP shall pay the entire amount with interest within 60 days from today.
