Counsel for complainant admits during course of arguments that in no document in his name mentioned to enable him to file the present complainant in capacity of a consumer to have availed service of OP or paid consideration to OP. In view of this, the complainant wants to withdraw the present complaint seeking liberty that it would be filed by customer of OP who has paid the consideration for service availed.

The case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh. File be consigned to record room. Copy of order be given dasti.
