ORDER

     Sh.Devinder Kumar, Advocate, has filed his power of attorney on behalf of complainant. Heard. The complainant and OP No.1 have settled the matter. Counsel for OP No.1 has handed over to the counsel for complainant a cheque of the denomination of Rs.10,000/- bearing No.015161 dated 01.10.2019 in favour of complainant in full and final settlement in this consumer complaint. Photocopy of cheque placed on record. Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for OP No.1 and that of Sh.Devinder Kumar, Counsel for Complainant, to this effect have been recorded separately, in view of which the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled. Statement of both the counsels recorded today shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on both the parties.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
