Present:       Sh.Ranbir Singh Advocate for the complainant.

                   Sh. KunalJuneja, Advocate for the opposite party No.3.

                   Opposite party no.1 & 2 already exparte.

                    Ld. Counsel for the opposite party No.3 made a statement thatcompromise has been effected between the parties for Rs.33000/- as full and final settlement. Company will make the payment to the complainant within 45 days. The product should not be physical damage or liquified. Complainant should return the product alongwith all the accessories to the customer care on or before taking the payment.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to dispose off the matter accordingly.

                   In view of the statements made by both the parties, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being settledbefore ‘GrahakMadhyasthaSamadhan’ with direction to the complainant to deposit the old handset with the Company alongwith all the accessories to the customer care on or before taking the payment. The product should not be physical damage or liquefied. Thereafter, opposite party No.3is directed to  pay the alleged amount of Rs.33000/-(Rupees thirty three thousand only) to the complainant within 45 days, failing which opposite party No.3 shall be liable to pay interest @9% p.a. on the alleged amount from the date of decision till its realization.Parties shall be bound by their respective statements.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
