This revision petition has been filed against the order dated 12.07.2010 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Gurgaon in complaint No.278/2010.  According to the petitioner, an appeal against the said order was filed by the petitioner before the State Commission, Haryana along with FDR dated 24.11.2010 for Rs.25,000/- drawn on Royal bank of Scotland, N.V. New Delhi as precondition for entertaining the appeal, but the State Commission has refused to accept the said FDR and asked the petitioner to submit a Demand Draft instead of the FDR.  The appeal was returned for removal of the defects.  Petitioner has, further, stated that the Warrants of Attachment and Arrest have been passed by the District Forum in the execution, but the State Commission is not giving any date of hearing to stay the said order.  Under the circumstances, the present revision petition has been filed seeking stay of the operation of the order of the District Forum.

          This revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file the properly constituted appeal before the State Commission and the State Commission is directed to entertain the appeal and pass appropriate orders on the interim application on the next day.
