ORDER

The learned counsel for the appellant as well as authorized representative of the respondents stated that the matter has been settled between them. A copy of the settlement deed had been shown by the authorized representative before the bench today.

          The learned counsel for the appellant requested that the amount already deposited by them with the State Commission in terms of order dated 21-04-2017 be released to them along with accrued interest. Thereafter, in terms of the settlement reached with the respondent they shall release the entire amount to him within a period of 30 days of the passing the order by this Commission.

          Since the matter stands settled between the parties, this appeal is disposed of with the direction that the amount deposited with the State Commission in terms of order dated 21-04-2017 shall stand released forthwith to the appellant along with interest accrued.

          Both the parties may, thereafter, take the necessary action in terms of the settlement arrived at between them.

          The appeal stands disposed of.

          Since the matter has been settled between the parties, the statutory amount of Rs.35,000/- deposited with this Commission be also released in favour of the appellant.
