                 By way of this revision petition prayer is made for recalling of the order dated 27.03.2017 passed by the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (VI) in CC No.617/2016 by which the petitioner/OP has been proceeded ex-parte..

                 After some arguments, A.R./brother in law of the respondent/complainant states that for effective disposal of the case on merits, he has no objection if the petitioner/OP is allowed to contest the case and prayer made in the petition be allowed subject to payment of costs.

                 With the consent of the respondent/complainant, as well as keeping in mind the interest of justice and for effective disposal of the case on merits, I accept the present petition and set aside the impugned orders subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent/ complainant. The matter is listed before the District Forum on 21.08.2018. On the said date the petitioner shall pay costs of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent/complainant and shall also file its written statement. Thereafter, District Forum shall proceed further in accordance with law.

                 File be consigned to Record Room.
