ORDER

Ms.Anjali Bhandari, respondent/complainant has come present in Court. She has signed two requisite documents and identity proof in the shape of copy of Adhaar Card of the given address, which has been transferred by her telephone through What’s App to the telephone of the official of the Company, who is present in Court.

                        In view of above, nothing survives. Hence, this revision petition stands disposed of.

                        It is further stated by both the Counsel for the parties that Execution Application No.97 of 2018, which is fixed for 06.02.2019 before the District Forum-I, UT, Chandigarh, be also disposed of having been fully satisfied.

                        In view of request made by Counsel for both the parties, the aforesaid execution application, pending before the Forum, is deemed to have been disposed of.

                        Complete record alongwith a certified copy of this order be sent to the concerned Forum forthwith for necessary action.

                        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge
