Counsel for petitioner and respondent are present. Though strongly disputing the assertions made by learned counsel for respondent, counsel for petitioner states that they are willing to accept the amount awarded by the State Commission as ex gratia else it is not treated as precedent in future. We accept the contention raised on behalf of petitioner and direct them to pay the awarded amount to respondent. Counsel for petitioner states that they have already deposited the awarded amount with the District Forum. Respondent is now authorised to withdraw the deposited amount alongwith accrued interest, if any, from the District Forum. Revision petition stands disposed off in above terms.
