The complaint is allowed in part. The complainant is entitled for refund of Rs.1,10,000/- from opponent nos.2 and 3 along with interest at 8% per annum from 15/10/2011 till realization of the same . The complainant is also entitled for compensation of Rs.10,000/- from opponent nos.2 and 3 . The complainant is entitled to Rs.5,000/- being the cost of the proceedings within 30 days from the date of this order.
