Present:     None for the appellant.

                   Perusal of record reveals that after receiving report of respondent having left the place at which summons were issued for effecting service upon him were received back regarding his having left that place, present appellant has not been come forward to supply his correct address. This has happened for the last six consecutive occasions, but needful has not been done by the appellant in this regard. Even, it has also been noticed that on several occasions appellant has not even bothered to appear either in person or through his counsel in this Commission. This shows, perhaps appellant is not interested to continue further with the present appeal, which is lingering since, 2017. Added thereto, we are also constrained to note that after obtaining stay against operation of impugned order he seems to have forgotten this appeal altogether. So in such a situation, we do not have any other option except to dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution.

                   Summoned record be sent back to the quarter concerned.

File be consigned to records.
