Heard Lr. Advs. Shri. J. Mulgaonkar and Shri. M.S. Khandeparkar.  The impugned order directing the OP/JD No. 2 and 4 to execute a bond of Rs. 15,000/- each with one surety in the like amount, is hereby set aside as it is premature, and, the Lr. District Forum is hereby directed to finalize first, the draft Sale deed to be executed by the parties, and, in the event the sale deed is not executed by the OPs in terms of the finalized draft of sale deed then the Lr. District Forum is at liberty to proceed further under Section 27 of the C.P. Act, 1986 and call upon the OPs/JDs advocate to execute the paid bonds with a view to proceed with trial u/s 27(1) of the C.P. Act.  The draft of the sale deed to be executed by the parties to be finalized after hearing both parties within a period of 30 days.  Parties to appear before District Forum on 27/02/15.
