O R D E R

          This order be read in continuation of the order dated March 15^th, 2016 passed by this Commission in Revision Petition No.22 of 2016.

2.      By order dated March 15^th, 2016, Revision Petition No.22 of 2016 titled “Makemytrip (India) Private Limited versus Anil Kumar and others” was allowed and order dated November 23^rd, 2015 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Gurgaon (for short ‘District Forum), was set aside.

3.      In paragraph No.3 of the order passed by this Commission, it has been mentioned that the order dated November 4^th, 2015 was set-aside, whereas it should have been November 23^rd, 2015.

4.      By filing the present application, Makemytrip (India) Private Limited, has sought the above said correction.

5.      The mistake is typographical. In view of this, it is hereby ordered that by order dated March 15^th, 2016 passed by this Commission, the order dated November 23^rd, 2015 of the District Forum was set aside.

6.      The application is disposed of accordingly.
