Case called out repeatedly. Both the parties are absent. None responds on behalf of both the parties. It appears from perusal of the record that, the complainant has moved several adjournments but, he did not file his evidence after filing of the written statement by the O.P. wherein, the O.P. has denied storage of potato bags in the O.Ps cold storage. The complainant did not file original receipt issued by the O.P. at the time of storage of potato bags in the cold storage. The photocopy of the receipt filed by the complainant along with the complaint is not in accordance with the provisions of U.P. Cold Storage Act. In view of  the above, the present complaint is liable to be dismissed for want of evidence. The present complaint is dismissed accordingly. Let record be consigned.
