PER S.P. SOOD, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

                    File taken up today before the Lok Adalat as both the parties are ready to settle the matter amicably.

2.                Learned counsel for the appellants has made a statement on 19th September, 2022 that as the complainant has withdrew his complaint, which he filed before learned District Commission against which the present appeal has been filed. So, he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal being infructuous.

3.                In view of the statement made by counsel for the appeal, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn being infructuous.

4.               Statutory amount of Rs.54,921/- deposited at the time of filing of present appeal be refunded to the appellants against proper receipt and identification and as per rules.

5                 A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

6.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
