against the complainant. Electrical Engg by the complainat it is stated

in the complaint attched with the prescribed form that No electrical connection of the o.p.

stands in his name as such he is not the consumer. in view of the above said facts and their being no

relation ship of consumer and service provider between the complainat and op this complaint is not

maintable. Hence the complaint is out righty dismised at the stage of addmision it self and the4 complaint is adviced to

approch the appropriate forum of criminal court or the high court for quarshing of the FIR.
